There is an additional element that allows players to unlock Dirty Coin. In order to get it you don't have to get the good ending. Currently, it has no properties but players are assuming that it can unlock some additional content in the full game. To find the coin you must perform a few activities in proper order. Afterwards, you will hear echoes and giggles. Because of that you must strain your ears so you won't miss any of the elements.
In the hallway that leads to the basement you can find the drawer in front of the wall in which you can find Blank Notebook.
At the end of the hallway before the kitchen there is another drawer with the Dummy Finger inside.
In the attic, between the TVs and near the bed you can find the fake hand. Open your inventory and combine the hand with the finger. You can do this by clicking 2 times on the item and from the opened menu choose "Combine items" and click on the second item.
The hand and the notebook are used to describe five murders by pointing the finger on the places where the bodies (or parts of them) were found. In order to get the murder scene written down in the notebook you must point the finger at it and wait a moment.
When you are in the attic you find the red writing near the TV - interact with the writing. Then, go down the stairs to the ground level and by using the fake hand (using "Examine" option) try to point it at the tipped over wardrobe so you can feel the vibrations and hear the sound of hitting. Only then the stage is completed.
Next, go in the attic and reach the end of the hallway. When you look at the lamp that is before the barricaded doors you will hear the second giggle.
Now go to the basement. Take the key for the window in the attic, exit the basement and go up the stairs and go back - the monster will disappear. You can point the hand at the body in the bag laying on the stretcher in the corner of the room. Also, take the lockpick laying on the blue machine below the stairs (but before the white doors). With it you can open the drawer in the kitchen and get the axe.
This can also be done with the handgun - go to the stairs that leads to the upper level, on the wall there is the picture of a person with head wrapped in the white material - hit/shoot it and you will hear another giggle. You must aim accurately.
Turn left and go a few steps down the hallway. There is a small room under the stairs. Point at the barricaded doors with the fake hand. In front of the door, in the hallway, there is the mirror above the drawer - look at it and use the quick turn button. You will hear another giggle.
It is almost over. Go in the attic. Above the bed you can see two cables - white and blue - point the finger at them, more or less at the point where they intersect. It is not easy, but you must do it. Then, go to the phone before the room and pick up the telephone receiver.
Once again, you must return to the basement (the monster is not there anymore). In the place, where you have found the key, there is now a doll. Look at her (do it, while crouching, for about 3 seconds) so you can hear yet another giggle.
Finally, go to the kitchen on the ground level and pick up the pot's top on the table. Point the finger at it. Now, if all of the steps were done correctly, go in the attic.
In the room with the window you should now see the door. Before, it was closed, now it is open and covered in blood. Inside, you find the rocking chair with a plate and the coin pinned down to it.
