Stop next to the burning car to notice a woman that begs for help. Approach her and, after you listen to the conversation, return to your car. You need to take Taliana to the place that she points you to, in Sandy Shores. Along your way, you will learn that she was involved in a robbery and that she is an experienced driver. She will offer her services at the future heists.
