Parachute Jumps are activity which is unlocked after finishing the secondary mission "Targeted Risk" available only for Franklin.

Each jump requires a smooth landing on the yellow marked area. Landing outside this area doesn't complete the jump and you have to repeat it.

Jumps also differ one from another. In some you jump out from the flying plane or helicopter in other you drive out from the skyscraper in the center of Los Santos. It's exciting activity and a pleasure for eye.
