Location: A small farm in the central part of the map (Grand Senora Desert), to the South-West of the prison.

After you reach the farm, you should notice a prisoner standing next to a police car smashed against a tree. You can decide whether you want to take the passenger and take him to the spot of his choice. You need to keep in mind that, in such a situation, there will start a police pursuit. Lose the police by, e.g. going across wilderness, and complete the journey to the destination.
