Get into the water scooter and race on the waters around the San Andreas.
Suit and a water scooter sounds great together... doesn't it?.
Follow appearing checkpoints to get to the finish - you have to be the first one. But don't try to eliminate your opponents, because it'll disqualify you from the race.
