1. How to unlock: complete the Stolen Knowledge side mission.
2. Requirements: a Bounty Hunter.
3. Reward: the character Aurra Sing.

Search for Bossk in Niima Outpost on Jakku

As the Bounty Hunter, talk to the quest giver and accept the quest. Fly to the Niima settlement on planet Jakku.

Talk to the woman standing near the landing field and go to the next search area. Talk to the man near the tents and he will direct you towards the location of the wanted man.

Find a way into the storehouse and confront Bossk

You will find the warehouse entry card at the wall of the house. Use it to go inside and talk to Bossk.
