On this page of the LEGO Skywalker Saga game guide, you can find the second part of the Episode 2 walkthrough (Attack of the Clones). The following walkthrough describes the Droid Factory Frenzy level and related smaller tasks. You will learn, among others, how to get to the droid factory, how to control the Anakin and C-3PO in the factory, and how to save Padme.

Nightmares

After completing the story mission of chasing Jango's Starship, you will return to Theed and receive the task of visiting Anakin's mother. Get to the pad and select Tatooine from the galaxy map. The destination is specifically Mos Espa on the surface of this planet.

After landing in the mentioned location, reach the building in front of which there is a blue circle that activates the conversation with Watto. To continue your search, you have to travel to the Jundland Wastes, and you can use the parked vehicle marked by the game. In the new place, reach the farm where you will meet C-3PO.

Tusken Raid

You have to go to the Tusken Raider camp marked by the game, which is in a nearby canyon. You will find a new blue circle there, and examining it will not lead to any confrontation but trigger another cutscene.

Distress Signal

Your task will be to save Obi-Wan, which means you will have to fly to the planet Geonosis. You don't have to open the galaxy map because you can just fly to the marker that will take you to Geonosis Space.

There you will find a landing site on the planet's surface (Stalgasin Hive).

After reaching the surface, go to the droid factory. If necessary, climb or jump to the next protruding edges along the way.

In the place shown in the picture, you have to use the Force a few times - to unlock the catches and raise the hatch. Jump into the small hole. You will find a blue circle that starts the Droid Factory Frenzy level.

Droid Factory Frenzy - challenges

This level features 3 challenges:

1. No Hanging Around - You have to find a way to save Padme in 30 seconds. Rescuing Padme takes place at the very end of the mission. You don't have to do any special activities for this, just get to her quickly. A description of how to save Padme can be found in our walkthrough.
2. Mind Control Drone - You have to turn Geonosians against each other using the Force. This challenge is about using mind control while playing Anakin. Play the mission until you encounter enemies on the conveyor belt. Use mind control on one of them (hold Triangle/Y on the pad) and select panic from the list of available actions. A panicked opponent can attack his ally - that way, you will complete this challenge.

1. Zipping Past Danger - You have to find a shortcut above the conveyor belt. For this challenge, you need to advance enough in the mission for Anakin's team to start moving to the left on the first conveyor belt. Reach the press machine shown in picture 1, and instead of running under it, jump on it.
2. Climb to the top of the machine. You will reach the hanging rope shown in the picture 2. You can grab it and take a long descent, thus avoiding a large part of the second conveyor belt.

Droid Factory Frenzy - walkthrough

During the mission played in the droid factory, you will control two different groups of heroes and switch between them to help the other group in further progress.

You will start by controlling the team of Anakin and Padme. You have to deal with a group of flying enemies, and depending on your preferences, you can use a blaster or throw the lightsaber (R2, RT or LMB). It is also worth hide behind covers.

After defending successfully, C-3PO and R2-D2 will appear. Now focus on them because you have to help Anakin and Padme unblock the passage. Destroy the nearby objects and use them to build a bridge to the central circular platform.

Now, you have to start building in another place, this time creating a blue terminal. Interact with it as R2-D2 and solve the puzzle you already know concerning rotating the rings.

The energy source above the blue terminal will be activated, but the second one will require charging. Select Anakin's team again. You have to use the Force (F on PC, triangle on PS, Y on Xbox) on the inactive object shown in picture 1.

Use the Force to move the grabbed object to the right and keep it next to the charged one (picture 2). Wait for the second energy source to charge and put it back into the left slot. You will unlock the exit, and Anakin's team will be able to jump onto the first conveyor belt.

Head left and avoid being crushed by working machines. You have to stop at each of them and wait until you can safely run farther left.

After reaching the end of the belt, you have two choices - you can jump onto the second conveyor belt or climb in a place presented in the picture above and reach the place where you can slide down the rope. The latter option is related to the challenge of Zipping Past Danger, which we described in more detail in the previous section.

Both paths will lead you to a blocked passage, and now you have to switch to the C-3PO team. Walk over the narrow beam again and use the opening that will allow droids to jump onto the new conveyor belt.

Go through the conveyor belt and reach the place shown in the picture. Here you have to jump into the passing container filled with bricks and then immediately make a second jump towards the ledge nearby.

Destroy the barricade between the force fields and explore the newly unlocked area. You can destroy nearby objects and then build a yellow terminal C-3PO can use (picture 1).

Interact with the terminal and select the option to take control of the turret. Use it to shoot and destroy the golden blockade from picture 2.

Select R2-D2 and interact with the blue terminal. Complete the mini-game that will trigger the cutscene of moving the platform.

You can now switch to Anakin's team. Approach the metal objects covering the furnace and climb to the higher level.

As Anakin, approach the wall next to the new conveyor belt which is shown in the attached picture to stick a lightsaber in it. After you destroy the wall, you will be able to create a terminal for Padme. Use it and complete the mini-game of pressing buttons appearing on the screen.

Now you have to fight the droids. You can use a lightsaber or a blaster to destroy them.

A bit further, you will meet Geonosians. In addition to traditional attacks, you can also use mind control playing as Anakin (F on PC, triangle on PS, Y on Xbox). It will cause the enemies to panic, and that way, you unlock the Mind Control Drone challenge related to it.

Continue the journey and slide down the rope. After that, you have to use the build option and then pull 2 levers at the same time - delegate Anakin and Padme to separate levers.

Padme will be kidnapped, and you will have to save her. Ignore the nearby droids, switch to R2-D2, and head towards the marker indicating Padme's whereabouts.

In the place shown in the picture, the droid has to catch the upper grappling to jump over the abyss and land safely on the new ledge.

In order to save Padme, you also have to interact with the blue terminal and if you want to get the No Hanging Around challenge, hurry up to complete the mini-game of matching the rings. A new cutscene will trigger, and you will complete the level.
