The Bilemaw Den is a smaller zone creating a larger Basalt Forest region on planet Koboh. You can access it through Forest Array. On subsequent visits, you can use fast travel to get there. Essence - Confusion: Major Fauna
The Essence is in a dark cave found nearby the meditation point. Collecting it unlocks a new ability that allows confusing large animals.
Chest - Jacket: Tactical
Take the road that leads up and follow it until you reach an encampment. The chest is behind one of the small tents (nearby a few balloons hanging over a chasm). Along the way, you'll encounter a large enemy group, joined by a Bilemaw.
Seedpod - Goldenlight Moss
Follow the only possible way and you should soon reach a waterfall. The plant you're looking for is right nearby.
