Star Wars Jedi Survivor - how to refund the game on Steam?

If you want to refund the game on Steam then you must meet the following conditions:

1. The game was purchased directly on Steam;
2. The total playing time does not exceed 2 hours;
3. The game was purchased no more than 14 days ago.

The refund process works as follows:

1. On the top bar, press the "help" tab;
2. When the menu expands, select "Steam technical support" ;
3. Select Star Wars Jedi: Survivor from the list of recent titles (if the item you want to refund is not there, go to the "transactions" tab).
4. Go to the "problem" tab and select the refund option.

Once you do that, you will have to decide how you want to receive your refund. If you choose to have the money go to your Steam wallet, the funds will appear within a few hours. If, on the other hand, you have chosen that you want the funds to go to your bank account, the process may take up to a week.

Star Wars Jedi Survivor - how to refund the game on EA?

If you purchased the game on EA's store, the refund process is far less transparent. To get your money back you must be sure that the game is part of the "Great Game Guarantee".

Refunds are restricted by the following time constraints:

1. The game was purchased (and not played) no more than 14 days ago. As for pre-orders, the period is counted from the date of release;
2. If you have launched the game, you can apply for a refund for 48h hours after the game was played for the first time.

If you meet these conditions, then you can apply for a refund. The refund process has the following steps:

1. Go to your order history (you can do so by clicking this link);
2. Find Star Wars Jedi: Survivor and select the "request a refund" option;
3. You will then be transferred to the EA help center. There you must fill out a special form.

Electronic Arts has 48 hours to review the request and approve it. If they grant you a refund, the money should appear in your account within 10 days.

If you want to refund the game in the Epic Games Store, you must meet the following conditions:

1. The game was purchased directly from the Epic Games Store;
2. The total time in the game does not exceed 2 hours;
3. The game was purchased no more than 14 days ago.

The refund process works as follows:

1. Click on your account icon located in the upper right corner;
2. Start the "account" tab. A new tab in the browser will open;
3. Go to the "transactions" tab;
4. Click on Star Wars Jedi: Survivor and select the "refund" option.
