The chest is in a side room that contains a speeder bike. Loot it to receive the Solar paint job for BD-1.

This echo is in a circular room near the exit from Cere.

Chest #2

In the main room, use Force Push on the orbs so they stop in locations shown in the screenshot. This will open a door on the lowest level.

Look there for a chest. The chest contains a lightsaber part.
