There are 4 collectiblesto find in Sheltered Hollow region of Jedha:

Treasure #1

You will find the Jedha scroll near the meditation point, just after opening the passage with the Force.

Treasure #2

You will find the Jedha scroll after defeating a group of enemies, using a grappling hook and making a wall run.

Force Tear #1 - Fractured Cunning

Start at the meditation point and follow the main climbing path. Along the way, you should encounter a green gate (to be able to get to the other side of it, you need to progress in the main story enough to get Merrin's Charm). The Tear is on the other side of a laser gate. There is a combat challenge associated with it using the Blaster stance in battle.

Chest #1

The secret is in the middle of the bridge and at first you can't reach it.

Return to the bridge from the Sanctuary Revived (two narrow passages between rocks). You can catch the rope from screenshot 1 and jump with it to the remote climbing wall on the bridge. Defeat the stormtroopers and make a long jump to the second climbing wall from screenshot 2.

You will reach a place where you can cut the ropeand create a shortcut. Grab the rope and reach the adjacent part of the bridge. On the left is the chest marked in the screenshot 1. Inside, you will find an equipment appearance item.
