In Star Wars Jedi Survivor, Harvest Ridge is the name of one of the regions of planet Koboh. You can access it from Riverbed Watch or Untamed Downs regions. To avoid having to trek all the way back to the zone during further visits, unlock a meditation point to allow fast travel. There are 23 secrets to be found:

Seed Pod #1 - Palm Fruit Shell

The first plant can be found at the border where Harvest Ridge connects with Riverbed Watch and Southern Reach regions.

Seed Pod #2 - Palm Fruit Shell

For the second plant, proceed in the direction of a small river. Look near the river bank and left from the small bridge.

Seed Pod #3 - Bluebell Squish

To the right of the aforementioned bridge is another plant, but this time on the inside of the fence.

Seed Pods #4-6 -Bluebell Squish and Palm Fruit Shell

Look for these seeds on a hill nearby.

Seed Pod #7 - Palm Fruit Shell

Slightly farther away from Seed Pods #4-6 there is another plant - look on the border between Harvest Ridge and Untamed Downs.

Seed Pod #8 - Bluebell Squish

Climb upstairs using the shortcut not far from Moldy Depths. If you don't have this shortcut unlocked, there are vines nearby that can be accessed by using a Nekko. Once you're at the top, go right all the way. Another plant is there, right by the wall in the corner. There are some enemies here to defeat as well.

Seed Pod #9 - Palm Fruit Shell

From the large gate, go right and mount one of the Nekkos. With its help, jump over the fence, where the next plant is found.

Seed Pod #10 - Palm Fruit Shell

Mount a Nekko again and this time place yourself at the locked gate of a large building nearby. Jump onto the wall, and from it to a hanging cage. You'll reach an upper floor.

The plant is in the corner, at the fence.

Databank - House on the Range

Turn around and you should see a damaged wall of the building. Rip it out using Force Pull and jump down. You will find an echo with a databank entry.

Chest - Shortpaw's Dance

Go back outside and this time climb to the roof of the building. First, you must jump to the cage right from the ripped-out wall, and from it to a bar, and finally reach a climbable wall.

On the roof there is a chest containing a music track.

Essence

Return to the meditation point and this time head down. You'll find an Essence that unlocks a new Perk slot.

Chest #2 - Pants: Wanderer.

Return to the meditation point and grab a hold of a flying creature. Your goal is to reach the area shown in the screenshot above.

The chest is there, containing a new appearance item.

Seed Pod #11 - Palm Fruit Shell

From Chest #2 location, jump to a lower shelf - the plant is there.

Seed Pod #12 - Palm Fruit Shell

From Seed Pod #11 location, turn around and approach the runnable walls. There is another plant in front of them.

Seed Pod #13 - Palm Fruit Shell

Run across the aforementioned walls and go in the direction of the left shelf. You'll encounter a plant.

Treasure #1 - Priorite Shard

At Seed Pod #13 location, there are climbable walls that will help you get upstairs. Once you arrive to the top, don't do a wall run, but jump to a nearby shelf instead. At the shelf, go forward all the way to the Priorite Shard.

Seed Pods #14-18 - Palm Fruit Shell

From Treasure #1 location, jump to a higher shelf and climb over the fence. The remaining plants are here.
